Alon, who initially joined us as a Cadet and has since progressed to the role of Contract Administrator, embodies a remarkable blend of talent and teamwork. We are confident in his ability to continue excelling in his role and contribute significantly to our projects.

Cumberland directly employs it’s site team.
Cumberland’s difference is that we always have a Cumberland employee on site at all times, providing our clients assurance that dedication to quality is upheld at all times.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, one or all of the following Cumberland personnel will be assigned:
• Site Manager
• Foreman
• Leading Hand
• Carpenter
• Apprentice
The assigned Project Manager is responsible for the overall project, working in conjunction with the Site Team to coordinate trades and materials onsite, always ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline.
