The renovation features custom copper roofing, including solar roof tiles, which provide a striking contrast against the rendered wall finishes and intricate corbelling. Innovative tunnelling within the existing subfloor of the house, seamlessly connects the newly constructed swimming pool, wine cellar and garage to the existing residence.

A standout element is the bay window clad in zinc, cantilevered off the master bedroom to capture the harbour's captivating northerly views.
