    We were engaged to carryout major roof restoration & waterproofing works to the top level of the hotel.

    Works included the complete removal of existing roof tiles, structural carpentry alterations to suit and the installation of new sarking and tiles.

    In addition, extensive waterproofing was undertaken, using a combination Wolfin GWSK & Cosmofin membranes.

    We also worked with owners so limited disruption to the live environment occured.
