Cumberland directly employs it’s site team.

Cumberland’s difference is that we always have a Cumberland employee on site at all times, providing our clients assurance that dedication to quality is upheld at all times.

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, one or all of the following Cumberland personnel will be assigned:

• Site Manager
• Foreman
• Leading Hand
• Carpenter
• Apprentice

The assigned Project Manager is responsible for the overall project, working in conjunction with the Site Team to coordinate trades and materials onsite, always ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline.
