Point Piper Residence I

Built on a steeply inclined sandy site, by means of extensive civil works and hand shoring systems. Works included a tunnel, custom elevator and a custom-made landscaped sculptural curved staircase.

Above the excavated site, the building is articulated into three masonry wings with the use of custom handcrafted brickwork.

Virtrocsa windows & doors and aluminium privacy screening define the architectural character.

The interiors are arranged around the white-washed face brickwork along with a spectacular transparent timber staircase allowing an abundance of light to flow below, with all spaces enhanced by connections to the stunning views.
