Job Description

We are offering an experienced Contract Administrator an opportunity to join the team.

Day to day you will be:

  • Contract Administering
  • Estimating and take-offs
  • Preparing and issuing trade packages
  • Preparing and analytically comparing quotes
  • Preparing and organisation of tenders, including site visits
  • Liaising with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers and clients to ensure efficiency of the building process
  • Maintaining documents, drawing registers, procurement files and trade packages
  • Answering phones and general admin

We are seeking someone who is/has:

  • Graduate
  • Australian citizenship
  • Drivers Licence 
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • 1 Years experience in construction
  • A sound understanding of construction including ability to read plans
  • Professional manner and presentation
  • The ability to follow orders, learn quickly and work independently

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Industry WHS induction card (Whitecard)
