    A complex demolition, structural and service reconfiguration in a small envelope of a dated building. As the existing clubhouse was an old building, the project presented some unique challenges in working with the existing services in the building - creative problem solving helped achieve a great result.

    Project Deliverables:

      • Complete overhaul of existing amenities area to incorporate male,female & accessible facilities in previous male only space
      • Complex demolition, structural and service reconfiguration in small envelope of dated building
      • Individual fully partitioned cubical fabricated from Queensland Maple
      • Ornate vanities with Calcutta Marble benchtops & splashbacks
