Cumberland played a pivotal role in the recently completed construction project, being involved from the conceptual stages. The project required a complete strip-out of the existing apartment, including the careful removal of structured elements, providing a fresh canvas for the new design. Unexpected challenges arose due to the onset of COVID-19, leading to the revocation of internal lift access. In response, our team swiftly erected external temporary stairs and lifting posts to facilitate access to the level seven apartment, ensuring that construction could proceed without significant delays.

The final outcome is a stunning space that exemplifies modern luxury and comfort. The apartment features open-plan living, an outstanding kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, along with a convenient powder room. Additionally, full home automation enhances the living experience, integrating cutting-edge technology with everyday convenience.
