VSCO Sydney

The first of two Sydney offices completed for VSCO located on the 32nd floor 200 George presented unique challenges that required smart, practical solutions and precise timing to achieve results within a tight timeframe.

The fit-out transformed the entire 1400m2 floor plate into a modern, functional shared workspace.

It features 36 fully partitioned executive office suites which can accommodates up to 140 workstations, including a purpose-built hot desk area

The facility includes a 20-seat boardroom and two formal meeting rooms, catering to various business needs. Additionally, there are two flexible day suites and two break-out areas, each equipped with kitchen and dining facilities to enhance employee comfort and collaboration.

Extensive modifications to existing base building services were carried out along the installation of a comprehensive communications and data infrastructure
