Michael Roedl


The proprietor of Cumberland Building, Michael has over three decades of experience in the building industry. His emphasis on ethical business practice and top quality work has earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Danny Aron

Construction Manager

Danny’s strong leadership skills and expertise in project management have contributed enormously to our reputation for excellence. His ability to direct and manage contractors and sub-contractors helps keep Cumberland Building in its enviable position as an award winning market leader in the Sydney construction scene.



Kainan Seary

General Manager

Kainan’s diverse range of skills and abilities goes a long way towards the successful implementation of the complete lifecycle of project delivery. This ranges from initial project tendering through to cost control, planning, directing and coordinating on-site contractors and staff on a daily basis. Kainan also ensures that as a client you’re kept fully in touch, every step of the way.


Ross Theodosatos

Project Manager

Ross joined us in 2014, and since then has overseen projects from conception to completion. He’s impressed colleagues and clients alike with his strong focus on quality building standards and the use of best practice construction techniques. He has substantial expertise in building products and construction details, plus all-important rules, regulations and safety requirements.


Lucille Sutton

Operations Manager

Lucille has an impressive record of combining strategic, financial and operational expertise to facilitate business efficiency and acheive long-term growth strategies. This provides the business foundation to enable our entire team to focus 100% of their energy on making our clients' visions a reality.


Janice Baker

Administration Manager

Janice has over 30 years’ experience in accounts and administration. Her capabilities include all facets of both accounting and administration for the business. Janice’s knowledge and breadth of industry experience are a valuable asset to the Cumberland team.



Upper or lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches. Wherever your project is situated, with Cumberland Building you’ll always be supported by a full time Accounts Manager, Estimator and Contracts Administrator. Our permanent site staff consist of highly skilled project foreman, licensed carpenters and carpentry apprentices, many of whom have risen through the ranks with us, and have had valuable experience in different capacities along the way
